WINDEV, WEBDEV, WINDEV MOBILE
The message "Handle is in invalid state" appears while using WINDEV, WEBDEV or WINDEV MOBILE
The message is caused by a new version of the USB driver "SafeNet".

A fix is available for versions 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, 15, 16 and 17 of WINDEV, WEBDEV and WINDEV MOBILE.
Simply download and execute the package matching the version of your product:
