What should I do if I get the error “<SCM Users> is neither a user nor a group” when migrating a SCM database in its most recent format?

When migrating a SCM database to its latest format, you may get the following error:

Processing 'Method bMAJProcStoquéCS' (CBaseDeSource.bMAJProcStoquéCS), line 60

What happened?

Error returned by server <your-server> :

<SCM Users> is neither a user nor a group.

This error appears if the “SCM Users” group has been deleted on the HFSQL server hosting the GDS database.

This is a mandatory group for the GDS, added to the server when the database was created.

To enable GDS migration, the group must be recreated:

- launch the HFSQL Control Center,

- connect to the server hosting the SCM database,

- create a group called “SCM Users”,

- associate SCM users with this group,

- open the SCM database,

- access database rights management,

- assign the following rights:
