This feedback appears if a driver required to run WINDEV could not be fully installed. It is most likely blocked by a security device.
I advise you to do the following: - temporarily stop any security programs such as antivirus, - download and run the haspdinstpcs.exe utility https://package.windev.com/pack/addons/hasp/haspdinstPCS.exe - authorize elevation of privileges, - click on “Install drivers”, - restart the computer once the “Operation successfully completed” message has been validated.
Once these steps have been completed, WINDEV should launch without difficulty. Don't forget to reactivate your security devices.
