| | How to fix the error "WINDEV Express is currently found in the monitoring list of Windows FTH mecanism" |
There are two ways to cope with this problem. Either remove every applications from the FTH list, or only remove the desired application.
1. Removing all applications
- Open the Command Prompt (CMD) as Administrator
- Enter this command
Rundll32.exe fthsvc.dll,FthSysprepSpecialize
2. Removing only the desired application (WINDEV Express here)
- Using Regedit
- go to the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\FTH\State
- delete all entries pointing to a file located in the "WINDEV Express" installation folder
