The detection of calls in "Voice" mode doesn't work although the command tapiCapability indicates that the modem supports voice mode. What to do?
The TAPI commands cannot distinguish whether the "voice" mode has to do with the dialing or with the detection of a call. Most "fax" modems can dial in "voice" mode... However, they cannot detect calls in "voice" mode. Therefore, you must check the documentation of the modem to find out whether it really has "voice" capability to detect a call.
For further information we suggest you consult the online documentation on the "tapiCapability()" command.
